Social Program
  • All lunches for the three days of the meeting will be included. Tea, coffee, juice and snacks will be provided at the beginning of each day and during the breaks.
  • The conference dinner will be free for those who have registered. Additional tickets can be purchased for accompanying persons. The venue will be announced shortly, after the LOC have completed their exhaustive research.
  • A social event will be organised for Saturday 2 July if there is sufficient interest. This will most likely be an outdoor event of some kind.
